My two page article consists of interviews from both of the varsity captions and a JV player. The interviews clarify their goals and expectations for the season along with pictures.

My Table of Contents displays my main articles including my featured article, "Pre -season Interviews". The picture at the top glorifies Sarasota High School's campus. The pretty sunset behind the sails will draw the readers in and will make the want to turn the page.

 I chose the Sarasota Campus for my photo-shoot but specifically the gym, gym lobby and the courtyard. The courtyard will have great lights and will show off the schools beauty and the gym will show where the players usually are.

I will be attending a home game on December 5th to photograph Jackson Mooney. I will take many shots at at least 2 locations of Jackson holding a basketball to make the topic clear. I envision a low shot of him holding a basketball for the cover.

For my interviews I will interview at least 2 players on each team, JV and Varsity. My JV interview will be with Brian Halloran and my varsity interview will be with star player, Jaxon Greer. Both players confirmed for an interview but we have not set up a time or a location yet. Questions-  1. What is the teams biggest goal for the season? 2. Based on the season thus far, what will our face-off with the Riverview Rams look like? Defeat or victory? 3. What is your personal goal for the season? 4. Based on the season thus far, who is the MVP on the JV and varsity team? 5. How many boys were cut at try outs? How these questions will benefit the readers: 1. The reader will be able to encourage on the team and celebrate for them when they reach this seasons goal. 2. For my Table of Contents I wanted to keep it very simple and straight to the point. My title page font is exciting and eye catching so this page is easy to find but I purposely kept the actual Table of Contents super simple so my readers will not get distracted from the main content. I have not decided which of my articles will be featured yet but i know that the first article in the magazine will be featured. I also decided to only feature one picture because it will be a picture to set the mood of the magazine and confirm what the reader is about to read.

My flat plan includes 99 pages of Sarasota High School Basketball content. The ads are evenly distributed throughout the magazine and not all in one place so the magazine flows nicely. In the 5 magazines I researched, the ads were in between articles and for the most part there were no two ads next to each other so I tried my best to do this as well. The pages are interesting because they include pictures and interviews! Some of my other articles in the flat plan include an interview with the coach's, a game schedule and last year's highlights! I did my best to cover everything throughout the season in my flat plan.
