I chose the film project. This project suits me best overall because of my communication and organizational skills. I look forward to beginning this project with my group. The group would contain of Hannah Renner, Emery Perez, Haley Ayrault and I. My group is strong because we all have different skills that will come together to make a strong magazine. Renner has good organizational skills. Renner and I communicate very well so she would be a valuable member to me personally. Perez would be described as very outgoing which would be very useful for interviews. Ayrault is easy to work with and positive which is always a good characteristic to have in a group member. Our group has discussed what type of magazine we would produce and we agreed on conducting a magazine that focuses on sports teams specific to our high school. After considering both project options, I do not think the film would be the best choice for me. I rather not direct my friends and create a plot for a story. I would find more interest in journalism and interviews. I think my personal strengths would work better with the magazine too. I have good communication skills which would be better for an interview in a magazine. After watching The Newsroom, I interpreted that the film industry is very stressful. After watching the film, All President's Men, the journalist industry seems to be very stressful too but, it has more interest to me so it is more worth it. In theory the film would be fun but I am leaning towards the magazine project.

I think the magazine option would personally be the best option for me but I am open to exploring both options. I enjoy writing as well, so writing articles would not be a burden to me. I also think picking ads would be an interesting task.There are so many different topics to write about and explore, they're are endless options when creating a magazine. I would most likely produce a sports magazine that would include some of the sports at my high school. Each member of my group would pick a sport to report and compose an article on. Each member would be expected to interview a member of the chosen sports team and photograph a picture of them. This would benefit me because I am good at talking to people so i could preform an interview very well. Overall, I think the magazine would be the best option for me.
